Strengthen Institutional Capacity

The Initiative will:

  • Map and create an enhanced profile of existing and emerging VOPEs in Asia, Africa, Americas, Middle East and Europe;
  • Identify main challenges/ bottlenecks faced by VOPEs; Share experiences some VOPEs have had in addressing such challenges;
  • Identify enabling factors facilitating the establishment and sustainability of VOPEs;
  • Help selected VOPEs to develop strategies/action plans to address the challenges/bottlenecks identified.
